Why rent?

What do I need to rent?
To rent you will need to choose your rental items and complete our online rental application. We may require a credit report from Baycorp Advantage
Are appliances new?
Appliances are either new or ex-rental depending what we have available in stock. All ex-rental stock is in good condition. On occasion we may order a particular model or brand to suit your preference.
What are the brands of the products I can rent?
The brands of products we stock include LG, Toshiba, NEC, Teac, Sony, Simpson, Whirlpool and Westinghouse.
How do I make monthly payments?
All rental payments are processed on your credit card monthly in advance.
How do I get free local delivery?
Free local delivery locations are the areas located within a 20km radius of the CBD areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes, the person whose name is on the application will need to be home to show their identification, sign any documentation required and accept delivery of the products.
Can I buy the item?
Yes you can purchase your rental items at any time throughout the rental term. 30% of the rent you pay comes off the retail price. Please contact us for more information.
What if my appliance breaks down?
One of the benefits of renting from Rental Zone is if one of your rental items breaks down we will repair or replace the item for you within 3 business days.
Moving?
Contact us to advise us of your new address. We can arrange to collect your products and deliver them to your new home. A service charge may apply
What if I need to cancel my agreement early?
The cancellation fee is 3 months rent or the remaining rent owing on the rental term, whichever is the lessor. Please contact us for more information. |
